Finn Dunne

Finn Dunne is an experienced finance professional with a focus on real estate. Currently serving as an Associate in Finance at Urban Atlantic since January 2023, Finn previously held an Analyst position in Debt & Equity Production at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC from January 2022 to January 2023, following the acquisition of Phillips Realty Capital. Prior roles include Analyst positions at Phillips Realty Capital and Cambridge Holdings LLC, as well as a Summer Analyst role at The Meridian Group DC and a Seasonal Client Associate position at Merrill Lynch. Finn holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and attended Georgetown Preparatory School and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
