Alex Toye

Alex Toye possesses extensive experience in project and quantity management within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Urban&Civic since July 2018, Alex previously held roles as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor at VINCI from 2013 to 2018, contributing to significant projects such as the £75 million Illumina Centre and a £10.9 million refurbishment for the North East Essex NHS Trust. Earlier career roles include positions as a Buyer and Assistant Buyer at Vinci Construction PLC and as an IT Infrastructure Engineer at Servo. Alex holds a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of Westminster, alongside certifications from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.
