Rahul Teotia

Rahul Teotia is an experienced marketing and product management professional with a diverse background in customer journey transformation and digital innovation. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at Urban Company since October 2019, Rahul has held multiple senior roles, including Vice President and Director of Product, focusing on creating impactful customer experiences. Previously, at RIVIGO, Rahul was a Senior Product Manager, and at The Boston Consulting Group, key contributions included conducting end-to-end digital transformations for major financial institutions and retail organizations. Rahul began a career in operations at NTPC Limited, managing coal-based plant operations, which laid a strong foundation for a successful transition into strategic roles in marketing and product management. Rahul holds dual MBA degrees from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
