Patricia Zafferese

Patricia Zafferese has extensive experience in specialty leasing, primarily in the real estate industry. Patricia started their career with The Macerich Company Queens Center in 1996 as a Specialty Leasing Manager and remained in that role until 2005. From 2005 until 2014, they worked at Vornado Realty Trust as a Vice President of Specialty Leasing. In 2015, they joined Urban Edge Properties, where they currently hold the position of Vice President of Specialty Leasing.

Patricia Zafferese attended Francis Lewis High School from an unknown start year until 1989. Patricia then went on to study Business Administration and Management at St. John's University, completing their degree in 1992. Later, they obtained additional certifications including Notary Public from the New Jersey Notary Commission, Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the New York State Department of Licensing, and a Specialty Leasing Designation from ICSC.
