Gahl S.

Gahl S. currently serves as the Senior Managing Director at Urban Genesis, a position held since November 2015. Prior to this role, Gahl held various positions in investment and asset management, including Associate at Lionstone Investments, where approximately $6 billion in potential acquisitions were valued and over $1 billion in asset dispositions were executed. Gahl's earlier experience also includes internships at Cielo Realty Partners, Brookfield Asset Management, and Virtus Real Estate Capital, where skills in financial modeling and analysis were developed. Gahl earned a BBA in Finance with a minor in Management Information Systems from the Texas McCombs School of Business, graduating with honors, and previously served as a First Lieutenant in the Israel Defense Forces, leading a platoon in various operational and training missions.
