Richard Perez has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Richard started their career as a Health Educator, where they developed training modules and conducted workshops on health-related issues. Richard then worked at the United Nations as an Intern, where they drafted complex accounting statements and coordinated events. Richard later joined New York-Presbyterian Hospital as a Health Educator and was later promoted to Program Coordinator and Administrator/Site Leader. In these roles, they supervised and trained volunteer staff and managed recruitment efforts. Richard also maintained budgets and utilized reporting tools to assess variances. Richard then worked at Facility Value Inc as a Facilities Manager, where they ensured compliance with policies and managed day-to-day operations and programs. Currently, they serve as the Director of Property Management and Facility Services at Urban Health Plan, Inc., where they ensure compliance with standards and regulations, manages a team of employees, and oversees various aspects of facility management.
