Allen Ching

Allen Chin, with more than 17 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, is a Founding Partner of two private real estate investment companies: AR Capital Management and High Water Capital Inc. Both entities focus on raising capital funds through private equity placements for new construction development and repositioning opportunities in real estate and hospitality.

Allen helps manage global and domestic relationships with investors and business partners and contributes to strategic internal business initiatives.Living in San Francisco for over 40+ years has provided deep and thoughtful understanding of the Bay Area Region.

He holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from San Francisco State University.
