Eugenia Payne

Eugenia Payne currently serves as the Senior Awards Manager at the Urban Land Institute, overseeing multiple prestigious award programs including the ULI Prize for Visionaries in Urban Development and the ULI Hines Student Competition. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Executive Projects at Chattanooga Tourism Co., where Eugenia led initiatives such as the Cultural Tourism Advancement Grant program, and as Director of Research and Applications Development Programming at The Enterprise Center. Eugenia has also worked in various positions, including Freelance Writer, Director of Special Projects, and Associate in organizations focused on preservation and conservation. Eugenia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from the College of Charleston.
