Simon Chinn

Simon Chinn has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Simon'smost recent position is as the Vice President of Research & Advisory Services at Urban Land Institute since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Grosvenor Group as a Senior Analyst of Global Cities Research from May 2015 to March 2023. At Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners, they served as an Economics Consultant from October 2013 to May 2015, managing the research agenda and undertaking in-depth research and analysis. From October 2011 to October 2012, they were the Lead Consultant at Conlumino, a retail research agency and consulting firm. Simon started their career at Verdict Research, first as an Analyst from January 2008 to May 2010, and then as a Consultant from May 2010 to August 2011, where they managed consulting projects and authored reports.

Simon Chinn completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Urban Economic Development at UCL in the years 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Business & Management and Spanish at The University of Manchester from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they spent a year, from 2005 to 2006, studying Business and Economics at Universidad de las Américas, A.C.
