Mark Binkowski

Mark Binkowski is an experienced professional in real estate development, currently serving as a shareholder and development associate at Urban Land Interests since March 2014. Binkowski has successfully managed significant projects, including the redevelopment of two city blocks on Madison's Capitol Square, transforming the former AnchorBank headquarters into a 200,000 square foot Class A office building, and overseeing the creation of luxury residential and retail spaces. Previously, Binkowski worked as a financial analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle, where responsibilities included managing leasing initiatives for the Aetna account and tracking a vast North American portfolio. Binkowski holds an MBA in Finance and a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
