Darwyn E. Allen

Darwyn E. Allen is a seasoned educator and motivational speaker with extensive experience in various roles within the education and nonprofit sectors. As a Founding Member of ALL-EN-ONE, LLC since July 2019, Darwyn focuses on motivational speaking, Socratic seminars, young adult mentoring, and mental health awareness. Currently serving as the STEM Education Program Coordinator and Case Manager at the Urban League of Broward County, Darwyn fosters community engagement in STEM fields. Previous positions include social science teacher with the Palm Beach County School District and middle school educator at Columbus Adventist Academy. Notable leadership roles include Principal at Eastwood Jr. Academy and High School Programs Representative at DeVry Inc. Darwyn's educational background includes a BS in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University and various certifications in behavioral wellness and nonprofit fundraising.
