Robyn Lake Hamilton

Robyn Lake Hamilton is an experienced leader in community development, economic inclusion, and strategic philanthropy. Currently serving as President & CEO of the Urban League of Central Carolinas since December 2022, Robyn previously held the position of Chief Impact Officer at The Hamilton Experience from June 2011 to May 2023, focusing on high-impact community initiatives and diversity strategies. Additional roles include Executive Director of Impact Health at Dogwood Health Trust, where Robyn led the implementation of a $50 million grant, and various leadership positions at Self-Help Credit Union and Novant Health, emphasizing community engagement and supplier diversity. Robyn's extensive background also includes serving as President & CEO of Carolinas MSDC and a Business Development Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Robyn holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a B.A. in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University.
