Domonique Broomfield is an experienced professional in financial coaching, program management, and mental health education. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the Financial Empowerment Center at the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio, Domonique oversees operations, leads a team of financial coaches, and implements digital tools to enhance user experiences. As a Mental Health First Aid Instructor with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Domonique champions culturally relevant education to support diverse communities. Additionally, Domonique is the Chief Executive Officer of The Vision Runner, focusing on empowering women through executive vision coaching. Past roles include a Peer Mentor at Dress for Success Cincinnati and various positions at General Electric, where Domonique managed global accounts and financial operations.
