Michael P. McMillan

Michael P. McMillan is the current President & CEO at Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis. Michael has previously worked as the License Collector for the City of St. Louis from April 1997 to August 2013. In this role, McMillan was responsible for collecting approximately $60,000,000.00 in revenue and dispersing it to 13 governmental agencies. Michael managed 50 employees in their office and was committed to better customer service, improved technology, more outreach to the businesses and residents of the city and improved professionalism.

Michael P. McMillan completed their undergraduate degree at St. Louis University, where they majored in African American Studies with a minor in Political Studies.
