Omar Rice is an experienced youth program manager currently serving at The Urban League of Philadelphia since February 2022. With a background as a musician at Freedom Presley since May 2001, Omar has also held significant roles, including program director at To Our Children's Future With Health, where responsibilities included managing an apprenticeship program, supervising educational staff, ensuring compliance with licensing, and maintaining student records. As a project manager for the West Philadelphia Community Health Change Coalition, Omar coordinated youth leadership initiatives and community service projects. Omar's earlier experience includes serving as an educational director and lead teacher at Community Council Health Systems, where crisis management and staff development were key responsibilities. Educational achievements include Bachelor of Science degrees in Music Teacher Education and Education from Lincoln University.
