Matthew McElhaney

Matthew McElhaney is a Project Engineer at Urban, Ltd., where responsibilities include aiding in the creation of construction and legislative documents, GIS applications, feasibility studies, and special illustrations for major clients since May 2015. Previously, Matthew served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland from January 2018 to December 2019, leading the development of network analysis tools using R and conducting literature reviews for the project. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland (2017-2019) and an Associate of Science in Engineering from the College of Southern Maryland (2015-2017).
