Jen Ray

Jen Ray has extensive experience in revenue and inventory management. Jen currently holds the position of Director of Revenue and Inventory Management at Urban One, Inc. Jen previously worked at Audacy, Inc. as a Regional Director of Revenue Management from December 2017 to July 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Revenue Management at iHeartMedia for 20 years, from February 1997 to May 2017. Jen began their career as a Senior Auditor at Provident Bank from May 1995 to February 1997.

Jen Ray received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Accounting, and Decision Sciences from Miami University in Oxford, OH, graduating in 1995.
