Gared Karl Silveira

Gared Karl Silveira currently serves in the Strategy and Transformation Office at Urban Partners since August 2023. Previously, Gared was a Consultant at Bain & Company from May 2020 to August 2023 and a Summer Associate at ennea capital partners in July 2019. A significant portion of Gared's professional experience comes from Tata Motors, where roles included Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the President of Commercial Vehicles, Senior Manager for International Business, and positions in territory sales and management. Gared demonstrated exceptional capability by successfully clearing the highly competitive Fast Track Selection Scheme at Tata Motors in 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics. Gared holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from INSEAD and another MBA in Marketing from the Goa Institute of Management, along with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
