Radwa Salem

Radwa Salem is an accomplished Talent Management Director at Chalhoub Group since March 2021, and serves as the Co-Founder & CEO of Giftit.me since July 2020. With a strong background in talent management and human resources, Radwa previously held the position of MENAT Talent Management and D&I Lead at HSBC from January 2015 to March 2021, overseeing strategies for talent identification, market mapping, and succession planning. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Standard Chartered Bank and EMEA Head of People Development at Procter & Gamble. Radwa began career as HR Business Partner at HSBC for the DELTA Region, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from Cairo University.
