Olivier Bory

Olivier Bory is an experienced real estate economist and project manager with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Economiste - Chef de projets immobiliers at Urban Project SA since March 2016, Olivier is responsible for the "Economie de l'immobilier" department, focusing on economic monitoring and financial reporting of real estate projects, along with economic analyses and mixed-use project programming. Prior to this, Olivier held various significant roles including Sous-directeur - Développements & valorisations at Gerofinance | Régie du Rhône, where responsibilities included feasibility studies and residential project management in Geneva and Vaud, and Manager de projets - Développements immobiliers at Steiner AG, overseeing land acquisitions and project feasibility. Earlier experience includes serving as Sous-directeur - Promotions / Ventes / HLM at Régie du Rhône SA, managing residential and social housing projects. Olivier holds multiple degrees in business management and real estate from esteemed institutions, including a diploma from the Institut d'Etudes Immobilières and a Licence en Gestion d'Entreprise from the University of Geneva.
