Melissa Hernandez

Melissa Hernandez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Melissa started their career in 2004 as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga and continued to teach and lead training programs until 2018. During their time at CorePower Yoga, they also served as an Area Leader in San Diego and later in New York City, where they focused on market development and general operations.

In 2006, Melissa worked as a Stylist and Public Relations Assistant at Nicole Miller, where they were responsible for various tasks such as PR activities, fashion show organization, and styling A-list clients.

Most recently, Melissa held the position of Wholesale Director at Urban Remedy Inc. from 2019 onwards. In this role, they worked on expanding the business outside of California to different regions in the US and establishing brand awareness. Melissa was also responsible for account growth and development.

Melissa Hernandez earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Miami University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Yoga Alliance 200 hour E-RYT Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher in March 2004. This certification enables their to teach multiple levels of Vinyasa yoga and certify teachers in training to become RYT certified.
