Natalie Sanko

Natalie Sanko is an experienced project manager currently employed at Urban Renaissance Group since December 2019. Previously, Sanko served as a construction manager at Baceline Investments from October 2011 to December 2019, overseeing construction and repair for 59 retail properties across 17 states with a significant annual budget. Sanko also held positions as an assistant construction manager and property management administrative assistant during tenure at Baceline, contributing to the establishment of a new construction management department and implementing effective systems for project documentation and property management. Earlier experience includes an internship at Elton R Construction/ERC Insulation, where responsibilities encompassed job cost data collection and compliance with safety regulations.
