David Trent

David Trent is an experienced retail management professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Urban Retail Properties since August 2021, David previously held the role of Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager at Urban Retail Properties, LLC since February 2017. Prior to this, David worked as Assistant Store Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse from February 2008 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing operations of a $28M store and leading a team of over 140 associates. Earlier roles included Regional Manager and District Manager at United Retail Service, LLC, and Department Manager at The Home Depot. David holds an Associate's degree in Robotics Technology/Technician from Valencia College, along with a High School Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Colonial High School.
