Phil Guffa

Phil Guffa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in security, recruitment, and munitions management. Currently serving as a Packaging Technician at Urban South Brewery since June 2019, Phil previously worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent at New York Life Insurance Company and as a Transportation Security Officer for the Transportation Security Administration, where responsibilities included ensuring the safety of air travelers and operating screening equipment. Prior experience includes serving in various roles in the United States Air Force, including Overseas Recruiter and Munitions Technician, alongside a tenure at DynCorp International focused on munitions accountability. Phil holds two degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Human Resources Management and Munitions Systems Technology.
