Jocquelyn Marshall is a seasoned leadership trainer and project manager with extensive experience in community engagement and resident capacity building. Since 2014, Jocquelyn has operated as an Independent Contractor, providing leadership training and motivational speaking, including the development of the "21st Century Community Leadership Training" curriculum. Experience includes working with Urban Strategies, Inc. as an Associate Project Manager, overseeing resident relocation and community development efforts in various locations across the United States. Prior roles include Community Center Manager at Harmony Oaks Community Center and DHAP Intake Manager, where Jocquelyn played a vital role in post-Hurricane Katrina housing assistance efforts. Jocquelyn also runs a party rental business, Paradise Parties, and has a background in community organizing with ACORN. Educational qualifications include a graduate of Eleanor McMain Magnet Secondary School and Delgado Community College.
