Yih Puoh chua

Yih Puoh C has a strong background in product design and user experience. Currently, they serve as a Senior Product Designer at Urbint, where they are responsible for envisioning and designing the user flow and mobile UI for a mobile app that utilizes AI to predict threats to workers and critical infrastructure. Prior to this, Yih Puoh C worked as a Lead UI UX designer/Product Designer at Bosch ASEAN, where they were involved in designing and enhancing the company's AI and IoT agritech digital product. They conducted prototype tests with users from Vietnam and Indonesia to improve the overall user experience and worked as part of an agile team. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Product Designer/UX UI Designer at iRestore and as a Creative Technologist at Yahoo. Yih Puoh C also served as a UX Design Director at Fastacash Pte. Ltd., where they were responsible for user research, design, prototype, and usability testing for a fintech P2P payment mobile and web app. They managed product feature development and ensured end-to-end integration. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Digital Art Director/Content Engineer at Ogilvy & Mather (RedWorks), a Digital Creative Lead at tangoshark, a Senior Multimedia Designer at Convertium, an Interactive Developer at BBDO Singapore Pte Ltd, and a Senior Multimedia Designer at Activate Interactive Pte Ltd.

Yih Puoh C began their education at Chung Hwa High School from 1994 to 2000, where they studied Art & Design. They then pursued further education at The One Academy from 2001 to 2003, earning an Advanced Diploma in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
