Natalie Hoitz

Natalie Hoitz is the Group Director of National Design at Urbis, where leadership over the national design practice is a core responsibility, having served in this role since March 2006. Additional roles include Design Director, Associate Director, and Senior Urban Designer at The University of Queensland since May 2020, along with advisory positions on various boards such as the Brisbane City Council's Independent Design Advisory Panel and the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) - Australia Chapter. A seasoned professional, Natalie previously worked with Cox Architecture as an Urban Designer, contributing to notable projects including the Thuringowa Riverway and the Singapore Marine Bay Master Plan. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Urban Planning with a focus on Urban Design and a Bachelor's in Geography - Urban Systems, both from McGill University, along with a Graduate Diploma of Architecture from Vanier College.
