Gethin Earles

Gethin Earles currently serves as the Deputy Director of Finance at Urdd Gobaith Cymru, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Gethin was an Assistant Manager at Deloitte from October 2021 to March 2023 and worked as an Audit Senior and Audit Trainee at Azets between April 2019 and October 2021. Gethin began a professional career as a Trainee Accountant at Broomfield & Alexander Ltd from October 2016 to April 2019 and previously completed a similar role at LHP Chartered Accountants from July 2014 to October 2016. Early work experience took place at The Magstim Company Ltd in May 2010. Academic qualifications include an ACCA degree in Accounting from the University of South Wales, a BSc in Mathematics from Aberystwyth University, and AAT Level 3 and 4 certifications in Accounting from Coleg Sir Gar.
