Blanca Persson-Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Blanca began their career with Sprint in 1998 as a Retail Manager and worked there until 2005. Blanca then joined Cox Communications, where they held various positions including Retail Manager, Outbound Sales Supervisor, Inbound Sales Supervisor, and Manager of Outsource Vendors. In 2014, they transitioned to PIRCH as a Store Director. Finally, in 2016, they joined Urgent.ly Roadside Assistance as National Director of Customer Support before being promoted to VP Contact Center Solutions in September 2019.
