Allan Couch

Allan began their career as an Eye Bank Technician before transitioning to roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. At Amgen, Allan held various positions in Quality Control, Project Management, and Manufacturing. Allan later took on leadership roles at companies like VAC, Verify Inc., StatLab Medical Products, DJO, and Urgo Medical North America. Allan has extensive experience in quality management, regulatory affairs, program development, and operational excellence. Allan holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
