Charlie Lever

Charlie Lever currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Development and Capture Management at Ursa Major, a role entered in July 2024. Previously, Charlie was the Director of Business Development at Teledyne Brown Engineering and held a Senior Specialist position in Business Development at Aerojet Rocketdyne, where key achievements included building strong relationships with the Missile Defense Agency. Charlie's extensive experience encompasses various leadership and technical roles in organizations such as Iridium, Missile Defense Agency, National Security Space Institute, ISAF, Air Force Personnel Center, and the National Reconnaissance Office/United States Air Force. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel, a Master of Business Administration in Aerospace Science and Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and graduated from both the United States Air Force Air War College and the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
