Andrew Boyle has extensive experience in hydraulic modeling and water/wastewater engineering. Currently, Andrew serves as a Contract Hydraulic Modeling Engineer for both California Water Service Company and Ursus, Inc. since September 2018, while also acting as a Co-Founder of Utilimatics since March 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Manager at Freese and Nichols, focusing on master planning, modeling, asset management, and impact fee assessments from May 2013 to September 2018. Andrew's earlier career featured positions at Black & Veatch as a Civil E.I.T. and as a Systems Planning Intern at the City of Austin, where skills in data analysis, modeling, and system calibration were developed. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
