Magdalena Mania

Magdalena Mania is an experienced professional in supply chain management and complaint handling, currently serving as a Senior Specialist for EU Deliveries and Complaints at Urtica Sp. z o. o. since February 2018. Responsibilities include managing complaint processes, ensuring delivery and product compliance, developing procedures, conducting internal audits and stock controls, and overseeing notifications related to medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
