Andreína Grasso

Andreína Grasso has a diverse work experience in the field of UX/UI design. Andreína started their career as a Graphic Designer at TodotvMedia in 2017 and then worked as a Graphic and Web Designer at UNIK. In 2017, they joined Onetree as a UX/UI Designer, where they focused on digital product design and process validation using agile research and co-creation methodologies. Andreína also implemented Design Sprints and Inception for clients such as Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) and AFD Paraguay. In 2020, they joined Xmartlabs as a UX Designer, specializing in product validation and process optimization methods. Andreína then became a UX Teacher at Escuela CARNE, where they taught UX design until 2022. In 2021, they worked as a UX Designer at Uruit until 2023. Currently, they are serving as a Sr. Product Designer at ++hellohello starting in 2023. As a passionate advocate for equality and visibility of women in the UX and IT sector, Andreína also actively participates as a UX Mentor at +Mujeres en UX LATAM.

Andreína Grasso has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study and institutions. Andreína obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de la República from 2021 to 2024, specializing in the field of Psychology. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Applied Design from Universidad de la Empresa from 2011 to 2017, focusing on design. Additionally, they earned a degree in Industrial Design from the same university from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Andreína has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Andreína completed a certification in Digital Product Design with Lean and UX from Elastic Heads in March 2021. Andreína also acquired a certification in UX Research from Domestika in the same month and year. Andreína further enhanced their expertise by completing a certification in UX Writing from UX Writers Collective in February 2021. In February 2020, they obtained a certification as a Design Sprint Facilitator from AJ&Smart. Additionally, they participated in ILA 2019 Medellín organized by IxDA in November 2019. Andreína further expanded their knowledge by completing a certification in Cognitive Psychology and User Experience from Concreta in May 2019.
