MacIej Masiak

Maciej Masiak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Maciej started their career as an Assistant for HR Development Manager at Polkomtel Sp. z o. o. in 1996. Maciej then worked as an IT Analyst/Programmer at HOECHST MARION ROUSSEL LIMITED and Danone Dairy before joining Aventis Pharmaceutical in 2000. At Aventis Pharmaceutical, Maciej worked as an IT Analyst/Programmer and played a key role in developing a wide internet IT system. In 2001, they joined Polpharma as an IT Analyst/Programmer and was responsible for creating a back-office workflow intranet system.

Maciej's career took an upward trajectory when they joined Urząd m.st. Warszawy in 2003. Starting as an Inspector at IT Strategy Unit, they gradually climbed the ladder to become the Chief of Business Systems and Development Division at the IT Department. Maciej briefly assumed the role of Chief of Business Systems and Development Division (a.i.) before being appointed as Chief of City Projects Division at the Digitalisation Department. Most recently, Maciej has taken on the role of Chief of City IT Architect Division at the same department, demonstrating their expertise in digitalization.

Outside of their main role, Maciej has also served in leadership positions at SMB Imielin. Maciej started as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee before becoming the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including P3O®, PRINCE2 Agile®, AWS Business Essentials, AWS Technical Essentials, Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), Scrum Master Certified (SMC), and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training.
