Kayla Nix

Kayla Nix is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive assistance, sales, and operations management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant and Sales Associate at US Capital since March 2022, Kayla oversees talent acquisition and training for offices across the US, UK, and UAE, having mentored over eight team members. Previous roles include Executive Assistant II to the CEO and Operations Manager at Northwest Career College, where Kayla trained more than 30 team members. Additional experience includes team leadership at Vera Bradley and event planning at Grand Banquet & Party Rental. Kayla holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
