Wilmar Cubias, MBA has over 20 years of experience in various managerial roles in the telecommunications industry. Wilmar is currently serving as the Vice President of Global Sales at US Conec Ltd. Since joining the company in 2023. Prior to this position, Wilmar worked at Amphenol from 2010 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Sales - Antennas Division, Director of Global Business Development - RFOB Group, Director of Business Development - Fiber Optics Division, Market Development Manager - Fiber Optics Division, and Product Manager - Fiber Optics Division. Before their tenure at Amphenol, Wilmar worked at Quad Electronics from 2008 to 2010 as the Branch Manager, where they were involved in setting up a new business unit. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Amphenol, working as the Plant Manager - Fiber Optics Division from 2004 to 2008, and as the Technical Services/Project Manager - Fiber Optics Division from 2000 to 2004.

Wilmar Cubias completed their MBA in Marketing & Strategy at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Wilmar pursued this degree from 2009 to 2011.
