Russell Tiejema

Russell Tiejema serves as the Executive Vice President and CFO of US LBM since June 2024. In addition to this role, Tiejema has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since November 2021, where responsibilities include serving as Director and Treasurer for the Board of the Boys & Girls Club of Tampa Bay, as well as chairing the Finance & Audit Committee. Tiejema's previous experience includes significant positions at Masonite International and Lennox International, where leadership oversaw enterprise-wide finance and accounting functions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Management from Kettering University.
