Michael Russina

Michael Russina has worked in various roles since 1993. Michael started at Southwestern Bell Corporation as an Operational Specialist in 1993 and then moved to Microsoft as a System Engineer in 1995. In 1996, they were promoted to Executive Director, IP Networks and Services at Southwestern Bell, where they directed 7 scientists at the R&D subsidiary, providing Internet technology consulting. In 2003, they became the Managing Director, Co-Owner, eCommerce Development at Boxers Inc., leading data-driven digital marketing and eCommerce operations with 30+ employees. In 2018, they started Russina Consulting Services LLC as an Independent Consultant, consulting clients on digital marketing initiatives and SEO. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Country Director, United States (eCommerce, Wholesale & Retail) for MBT (Physiological Footwear), directing the MBT USA Inc. subsidiary for the Singapore based, Masai International Pte. Ltd.

Michael Russina attended Missouri State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
