Yang Wu

Yang Wu is a Senior R&D Engineer with extensive experience in developing medical devices. At US Medical Innovations, Yang led the development of an electro-surgical scalpel, reducing costs by 40% without sacrificing quality. Prior to this role, Yang worked at Vasoptic Medical, where Yang developed neonate ophthalmology imaging devices and supported the development of ophthalmology imaging devices. Yang also has experience in research, particularly in cellular membrane mechanics and 3D printing technology for tissue engineering. With a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Iowa, Yang brings a strong educational background to their work in the medical device industry.
