Julio Chen

Julio Chen is an experienced maritime professional with a background in cargo operations and project engineering. Currently serving as Senior Consultant and Director of Cargo Operations at US Ocean, LLC since October 2019, Julio previously held the position of Project Engineering Manager at Zeamarine USA from June to October 2019. Prior to that, Julio spent over 26 years at Intermarine, LLC as Project Manager and Senior Port Captain, specializing in the maritime transportation planning and execution of heavy equipment and military craft in North America, Central America, and South America. Julio's career began as a Licensed Master Mariner at Marine Transport Line from 1982 to 1993, and educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Navigation from National Taiwan Ocean University, obtained between 1973 and 1978.
