Kristen Garrard Arm

Kristen Garrard, ARM, currently serves as a Risk Manager at US Radiology Specialists since December 2021. Previously, Kristen held the Risk Manager position at Kindred at Home from September 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included transitioning the COVID testing program to a new vendor, achieving a 50% cost savings, and managing the Workers Compensation claims program. Additionally, Kristen served as COVID Manager and lead the implementation of a COVID testing program to comply with state and federal requirements. Earlier, Kristen was the Lead Workers Compensation Coordinator at Kindred at Home, where a new Texas Non-Subscription Plan was developed, resulting in a $300,000 savings in the first year. Kristen's career began at Nationwide, where roles included Medical Claims Specialist II and Processor II /Lead Processor. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
