Nicole Bini

Nicole Bini has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Nicole worked as the Vice President of Enterprise Talent Acquisition at US Radiology Specialists from 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of Enterprise Talent Acquisition at the same company from 2019 to 2022. Nicole also worked as an Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Placement Company, Inc. from 2018 to 2019, and from 1996 to 2014. During their time at McKesson Corporation from 2014 to 2018, they served as an Executive Recruiter and Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, working closely with the Corporate Strategy and Business Development team. Nicole has expertise in program development, recruiting strategy, and developing candidate pipelines. Nicole has worked with clients in various industries including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, consulting, and banking.
