Blaine Pedlow

Blaine Pedlow currently serves as Senior VP - Development at US Sailing since March 2023 and holds the position of Principal at Rhumbline Consultants since August 2016. Previously, Blaine worked as Major Gifts Officer at the Value Reporting Foundation from June 2021 to July 2022 and at the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board from May 2018 to June 2021. Blaine also contributed to fundraising efforts as Director of Development for Major Gifts in Athletics at the University of California, Berkeley from November 2016 to May 2018 and as Associate Director of The Stanford Fund at Stanford University from January 2014 to November 2016. Earlier roles include Operations and Marketing Manager at Protector USA and Executive Director at Community Boating Center, focused on community engagement and program management. Blaine began in competitive sailing administration as Director of Intercollegiate Sailing at the US Merchant Marine Academy and Head Sailing Coach at SUNY Maritime College. An alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, Blaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science.
