Lynlee Willbanks

Lynlee Willbanks is an experienced technical support and customer care professional with a strong background in telecommunications and information systems. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at US Signal since November 2022, Lynlee has previously held roles such as Rollout Support Specialist at Wachter, Inc., and Customer Care Manager at Access411. A former Senior Advisor Specialist at Apple, Lynlee provided high-level customer and technical support for both Mac and iOS platforms. Additional experience includes roles as a 911 Lead Telecommunicator for the City of Siloam Springs, a Pharmacy Field Support Technician at Walmart ISD, and a 911 Dispatcher for the Rogers Police Department. Lynlee is pursuing an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems at NorthWest Arkansas Community College, with an emphasis on continually enhancing technical skills through additional education, including training from Skillcrush in 2018.
