Michael de Vito

Michael De Vito has over 20 years of work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Michael is currently the Vice President-Talent Strategy at US Tech Solutions, where they oversee strategic accounts and manages talent acquisition teams. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at PRO Unlimited and as a Recruiting Manager at Presidio. Michael has also held various leadership roles at Marshwinds International Incorporated, Atlas Systems, Data Industries, PlatinumIT, Venturi Technology Partners, and Martin Progressive, where they gained extensive experience in recruiting and account management. Throughout their career, Michael has successfully built and managed teams, executed effective recruiting strategies, and maintained strong client relationships.

Michael De Vito earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kean University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
