Mohina Bhardwaj

Mohina Bhardwaj has extensive experience in the field of recruiting, working with various companies. Mohina started their career as a US Recruiter at Arete Technologies, Inc. in 2019, where they were responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for IT job positions. Mohina also worked closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

In 2020, Mohina joined MWIDM Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, they utilized creative means such as internet searching and networking to source candidates. Mohina also prepared candidates for interviews and executed salary/bill rate negotiations.

Currently, Mohina is working as a Lead Recruiter at US Tech Solutions.
