Shireen Azmi

Shireen Azmi has a strong work background in the recruitment industry. Shireen began their career as a Pharma Recruiter at Spectraforce Technologies in September 2018. In this role, they reviewed resumes, conducted interviews, and maintained candidate databases. Shireen also documented resources and evaluated the effectiveness of processes and tools.

Shireen then progressed to the position of Senior Recruiter at Spectraforce Technologies in January 2021. Shireen continued to contribute to candidate selection and database management while also providing support for open requisitions.

In October 2021, Shireen was promoted to Lead Recruiter at Spectraforce Technologies. In this role, they took on additional responsibilities such as establishing a global client service delivery model and utilizing state-of-the-art AI technology.

Shireen also ensured compliance with employment paperwork and maintained a strong understanding of client requirements in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare domains.

Shireen Azmi attended Karnataka College of Management & Science from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
