Kip March has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Kip started their career as a Project Engineer at PAMCO in 1990 and then worked as a Staff Engineer at Associated Natural Gas (DCP) from 1992 to 1994. After that, they joined Compressor Systems, Inc. as an EP Sales Manager for North America, where they managed a team and handled sales of natural gas compression equipment, cost analysis, and turnkey installations. Kip then moved on to Waukesha-Pearce Industries (WPI), where they held multiple roles. Kip served as a Business Development Manager for Prime Power, responsible for sales and engine selection, and later became a District Manager and Manager for Revamp Services, overseeing branches and analyzing financial performance. From 2019 to 2021, Kip held the position of Director of Engineering Services at WPI. Currently, they work at USA Compression as the Director of Fleet Operations, where they engage in business leadership, manages engineering and asset optimization functions, develops vendor relationships, and supports existing and emerging product lines.
Kip March attended Colorado State University from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Their studies were focused on the field of Mechanical Engineering.
