Terry Roach

Terry Roach has extensive experience in the catalyst handling industry. From 2002 to 2012, they worked at Catalyst Services Inc, starting as a reactor technician and eventually becoming the Division Manager. In this role, they oversaw all business functions of the midwest catalyst handling services group.

From 2012 to 2016, Terry worked at Clean Harbors Catalyst Services LLC as an Operations Manager, where they managed the daily operations of the midwest catalyst facility. Terry'sresponsibilities included managing staff, training personnel, and ensuring equipment maintenance. Terry also handled project management on large-scale jobs when needed.

In 2016, Terry joined JVIC as a Project Manager / Trainer. Terry led numerous successful catalyst handling projects throughout the US, taking charge of business development, estimating/quotes, and working closely with Operations and Safety to ensure project safety. Additionally, Terry utilized their expertise in catalyst specialty services to train workers in the use of catalyst equipment, rescue training, and supervisor positions in the field.

Currently, Terry is working at USA DeBusk as part of the Operations team, although specific details about their role are not provided.

Terry Roach obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law Studies from Morehead State University, attending from 1996 to 2001.
